We are looking for candidates that:
. Have a master's degree from 2018 onwards or are just finishing the master's degree.
. Have professional experience of up to 2 years or can show experience gained during the academic path (e.g. internships, volunteering or working in student organisations).
. Are passionate about the retail business and enthusiastic about embracing new challenges in different regions and cities (mobile throughout Portugal).
. Are fluent in English (B2 level or higher) and Portuguese.
. Enjoy a frenetic working environment and feel willing to be part of an unpredictable and a fast-paced business.
. Aim to become a manager and to create an atmosphere of good cooperation.
. Like to take decisions and solve problems.
. Are available to enrol in a full-time, 1-year programme, starting in September.
